Choosing a home or an investment in a city you may not yet know well means weighing many things at once: neighbourhoods, costs, rules, timing and your own plans. We think the most useful thing a real estate adviser can do is help you see those clearly, then act on what you decide.
You won’t find property listings on this website. For now, it’s a place for the questions that come before them, starting with why Dubai and continuing in our insights.

Listen before recommending
We want to understand your circumstances, your timeline and your limits before we suggest anything. A recommendation that ignores those isn't advice.
Be clear about what's known
Some things can be checked: registration, fees, service charges, the tenancy position. Others are judgements. We'll tell you which is which.
Say when the answer is not yet
Sometimes the sensible advice is a different area, a different kind of property, or more time. We'd rather say so than rush a decision.
Explain each step
Buying in a new city means unfamiliar documents and procedures. You should know what each one is for before you're asked to sign it.
